Libratum Counseling fees are based on the usual, customary, and reasonable fees that are charged in a particular area for the same service.
Licensed Master’s Level Clinician 10+ years of experience and/or specialty
Individual $150; Couples $175
Licensed Master’s Level Clinician 5+ years of experience and/or specialty
Individual $135; Couples $155
Pre-Licensed Master’s Level Clinician 2+ year experience and/or specialty
Individual $120; Couples $145
Insurance
We are in network with Optum/UnitedHealthcare/UMR, Aetna and Cigna and select clinicians are in-network with Blue Cross and Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance plans. Outside of those insurance plans, a superbill can be provided to you for submission to your insurance company to obtain out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note that out-of-network reimbursement is not guaranteed and is subject to individual insurance plans. It is recommended to contact your insurance directly to fully understand your benefits and coverage and verify your out of network benefits.
